On April 26, 2022, at the US Air Force Base "Ramstein" in Germany, representatives of the defense departments of more than 40 countries of the EU, NATO, Africa, the Middle East, the Persian Gulf, and the Asia-Pacific region created an international coalition in support of Ukraine and the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine .
