What I have is a brass compass in a wooden sailor trinket box I mean the where where I'm sitting I am in Salem Oregon and Seattle would be in front of me and California being back at me so the compass is pointing that way so it works I would say it's really pointing that way right this second I don't have any markings on it anything so I don't know who made it it works it's nice and it's looks old so I mean I paid $15 for it so I'm trying to get 20 or 25 I'll see what they tell me to post to that but I think it's an amazing little compass and I think anybody like to have it so thanks for taking the time to look and have a great day
