I powered it up on a variac and everything came alive after 30 minutes of slowly increasing the voltage to operating levels. 

The chassis is clean with a very nice faceplate and the original owners manual. I did find a date of 1961 on one of the paper inserts which sounds about right. 

All the tubes, including the magic eye tube, all work. The switches might need a cleaning but that’s about all it’s going to need before using. I’d do a recap for peace of mind but that’s just me.
