They are made by hand in Bali using Balinese Gamal wood and recycled glass. This gorgeous, melted art glass vase combines the best aspects of two worlds: the natural and artificial, rustic and stylish, useful and meditative. 

Hand-blown glass is draped over a piece of Gamal root while it is still hot, and as it cools, it hardens into the shape of the wood to provide a perfect fit. They are made utilising a natural material and traditional hand tools.
