I just cracked open a sealed case...You are buying a factory sealed 2016-17 Upper Deck Series 1 hockey tin.  There is 12 packs per tin with 8 cards per pack and an average of 3 young guns per tin.  Jersey cards average 1 in 2 tins.  There is also (1) oversized Winter Classic card in each tin.  Shipping is $25 to Canada and $35 to the US with tracking.  Each additional tin is $10 extra shipping.
