COACH men's tote gray leather bag, series F1373 71099. Features 2 exterior and  3 interior pockets, top zip closure, lined. This is a durable leather bag that will be great for travel or for work. Some discoloration and color uneveness in the leather noted but still in fairly good condition. I have it listed as a Men's bag but is a unisex bag.
