Jacket has a velvet like feel to it. There are a couple scuffs by the sleeve buttons, otherwise in great condition. Please view pictures.

Shoulder to cuff is 25 inches 

Armpit to cuff is 17 inches 

Top of collar to bottom is 33 inches 

Shoulder to shoulder is 19 inches
