These are new Hp ink cartridges, they are still sealed in their foil bags. The box has been opened and this box shows some wear. These are being sold AS IS / FOR PARTS ONLY / NO RETURNS.  The reason for this is because they are expired and I have no way of testing them.  There are no returns, I have price these accordingly.
