Please note that contact with rough surfaces and velcro fasteners should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the product’s appearance.

• How it works: I am an independent designer, not the manufacturer. My designs are printed on products manufactured by my production partners (e.g., “Print on Demand”.)
• Your item is sent to production to be made very quickly after you order it.
• Once production starts (usually within an hour), it cannot be canceled.
• The average production time depends upon the product.
• Please refer to the item listing for a delivery estimate.
• We do not have the ability to “rush” an order or promise delivery by a specific date.
• Please allow enough time for your order to get to you when you need it.
• Please carefully check your shipping info/details. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, we do not cover the cost of reshipment.

• Actual colors may vary slightly.
• Every computer monitor displays colors slightly differently.
• We make every effort to display the colors of each item as accurately as possible.
• Please see the size chart on each item listing (if applicable). If you are between sizes, please follow the guidance listed on the size chart.

CUSTOMS CHARGES / IMPORT TAXES:

• Buyer is responsible for any and all Customs Charges and/or Import Taxes imposed, required and collected by your country.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS:

• We do not accept returns. Because your item is made especially for you, our production partners will not accept it back & they will not reimburse us. Therefore, it is not feasible for us to accept returns. We ask for your understanding that we are a small business (not Amazon!) so returns really impact our ability to operate.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item or if the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will work with you and our production partners to make it right.
