This is a rare piece of sheet music for the song "CAN'T HELP LOVIN' DAT MAN" sung by HELEN MORGAN in the Universal Picture film version of the classic JEROME KERN and OSCAR HAMMERSTEIN II musical comedy "SHOW BOAT" starring IRENE DUNNE and ALLAN JONES. (The Original Broadway production opened December 27th, 1927 at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City and ran for 575 performances. This film, with several members of the Original Broadway Cast, was begun in late 1935 and released in the United States on May 17th, 1936.) .....
