Product Information
A clean, simple and effective solution to keeping the area where your hang on back filter flows back into your aquarium, this is an area that can often get clogged up with floating plant species like Salvinia, Duckweed, Frogbit and Water Lettuce - with our unique guard you can simply anchor it in place around the filters flow to ensure it is always clear of any debris or floating plants!

Very simple and similar to all of our floating plant rings already on offer except this one has a unique cut out whilst maintaining buoyancy, this allows water movement and surface agitation. In order to use this product you will have to situate your HOB near the corner of your aquarium so the anchoring points can be utilized - however, custom guards/rings can be made very easily to please get in touch if you require a custom solution!
- Allows flow and surface agitation to be unhindered by surface plants such as Duckweed.
- Unique cut-out allows water to escape the ring, no stagnant surface layer.
- Secured in place with use of our anchor pins and extra strong suction cups.
- Helps create a small light spot in those darker tanks with covered surfaces, helps light get into your aquarium!

Material & Manufacturing Information
All materials used are sourced from within the UK and are handpicked to ensure they are fit for purpose and safe within an aquarium. All materials are certified by FDA, RoHS compliant as well as regular communication with the manufacturer to ensure material formula is always consistent.
In addition to this, all the materials I use are recycled polymers. This is great if you are trying to reduce your carbon footprint like me as a business. Even the packaging for all products is recyclable or reusable, I encourage all customers to keep their packaging for reuse as the packaging is high quality, long lasting and protective!
Installation Information
Simply fit the suction cups into the anchor pins provided, place them on the glass in approximate location of the hang on back filter and allow the shaft of the pin to protrude from the surface of the water, this is the location point for the anchoring points on the rectangle. Fit as desired - we find HOB situated in the corner works best with this style of plant barrier/guard so the glass can act as an extra barrier.
Returns are accepted in the event your item is broken upon arrival due to mishandling in transit, and also if any defects arise. As mentioned above, this product is also under warranty for a year, so please contact me if any issues arise or you need information on fitting the product.
As standard, all items are sent as Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter. Please contact me if you require a more urgent service for a slightly increased fee. There is also a 3 working day dispatch time on all orders, you will most likely receive your order before this date, but sometimes items have to be produced to order rather than a constant stock level being maintained due to the nature of the business.
