Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Claims &Indemnity & Returns
All returns must be applied within 14 days from receipt of goods, and subject to a handling charge of 20% of original receipt. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice & tag before credit or refund will be considered.
No refund if you have changed your mind or make a wrong choice.
2. Withdrawal & Variation of Credit
We may at any time, without the need to provide a reason, vary or withdraw any credit granted to the customer.
3. Shipping/Returned Costs
Customer is responsible for all shipping and returned cost unless prior written arrangement agreed with CMG Auto Parts.
4. Liability
The liability of CMG Auto Parts for its sale is limited. We will not be held responsible for any consequential loss or damage, loss of income or down time due to the failure of any part sold. We may in its complete discretion and without incurring any liability to the Customer, cease or suspend supply of products and services to the Customer or amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale. Limited liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of goods sale. We will not be held responsible for any verbal or implied representation.

Warranty

Claim is not covered caused by any of the following.

• Incorrect or insufficient fluids or oils; Overheating or heat tab removed;
• Accident damage, overloading or misuse;
• Engines are sold as long bare, Accessories and manifolds if fitted are not guaranteed to be corrected for your model and not warranted; Any damages caused by timing belt and water pump are not covered.
• Diesel engines will need injectors and pump to be serviced or warranty void;
• Transmission must be fitted with a new filter kit and front seal by a qualified transmission repairer;
• Improper installation or application; Unauthorised repairs or failing to properly maintain;
• Broken gears on differentials and gearboxes are excluded from warranty;
• Front & rear crank seals to be replaced as not covered by warranty;
• Goods modified in anyway;
• Electrical goods - no refund or credit.
