Note:

It is not that the power module has 5A current, it will have 5A current to charge the phone. The size of the charging current is determined by the power tube C inside the cell phone. The output is just 5V, there is a voltage drop on the data line when charging. The output is just 5V, there is a voltage drop on the cable when charging, and then it is only about 4.7V when it reaches the cell phone. If the output voltage is 5.2V, you can compensate for the line loss.
