HIDROTEK 600 GPD SYSTEM FILTER CHANGE KIT

This kit comprises all of the replacement filters you need for a complete changeout of the Hidrotek 600 GPD blue tide system. All items are suitable for contact with drinking water. This kit will also fit other manufacturers' systems (but importantly please check your RO filters are -3012 size)

• 5 micron rated polypropylene 'sediment' filter - 10" standard size 
• Granular activated carbon filter (removes chlorine) - 10" standard size
• Activated carbon block - 5 micron rated (filters and removes chlorine) - 10" standard size
• 2 pieces 300 GPD RO membrane element. drinking water approved, 97% salt rejection to fit 3012 size housing
• 1 piece granular activated carbon post treatment filter (we also have remineralisation catrridges which ,may be substituted here

The suggested changeout interval is 12-24 months

PAYMENT

Payment is required at time of purchase. We accept standard online payment methods, including PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. A VAT invoice can be downloaded from ebay. Please make sure your shipping address within your PayPal account is your current address.

DESPATCH

Orders received before midday will normally be shipped the same day when possible. Orders will be sent to the registered address of your PayPal account. We normally use Parcelforce 24 h or UPS to ensure our parcels arrive safely. Please note we can only despatch to valid postal addresses that appear in the postcode address database

RETURNS

We accept returns of items provided they have not been used or installed and are in re-saleable condition in the original packaging. We will refund the item price on those items and you will pay return shipping and insurance. Please contact us for instructions within 30 days of receipt. Where an item is faulty please be assured that all of your costs will be reimbursed.

We will process all damage claims with the carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and/or photographic evidence and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment. Faulty items are replaced or refunded without delay.
