This is vintage folk art. All hand done, even the frame. The boat has a fishing net, conch shell and dingy as well as a rope ladder. There is a seagull perched on the dock in front of a sea cottage and lighthouse. There is an American flag waving and foliage. It measures 20x4x10 and is in good antique condition. There is one piece of the wood frame that is missing and can easily be replaced. The blue sky inside is loose which could be fixed if you open the piece.
