Book titled ‘Lasers on Neodymium Glass’ published in USSR in 1990. This book, signed by the authors, was gifted to Dr. Danny Stillman, an intelligence officer and nuclear weapons expert who was Division leader for the International Technology Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, collaboration between Soviet and American nuclear weapons laboratories were established to foster diplomatic relations and work towards mutual nuclear disarmament.
