You are considering a porcelain pitcher with a Roman or Greek design. The pitcher is white and has blue sections, the Roman/Greek design is in white on top of the blue. The design specifically features several vases and men tending to goats and carrying things. It measures about 5.5" in diameter and about 4.5" deep. I believe it is early Wedgwood. Condition: Bottom is cracked,  but no pieces are missing. The inside is also a bit dirty, but could easily be cleaned out.
