******MUSICAL INSPIRATION*****
A smooth-lined, curved, and aesthetically pleasing triptych inspired by retro poster designs, colours and shapes from the 70s and early 80s. The images have a slight 3D effect that really makes the artwork stand-out. These posters highlight some of the most groundbreaking and innovative music genres of one of the most widely creative decades of the modern era: Prog Rock (Progressive Rock) and its complex chord and melody development and key changes. New Wave was the perfect way to close out the 70s; Punk had swept aside the perceived staleness and snobbery of the early 70s rock genre. Punk, however, soon developed - often as DIY bands became more proficient themselves in music-craft - into the innovative and experimental, often sparse soundscape, with increasing usage of electronic instruments, of New Wave. Electro (Electronic music/Synth pop) was the perfect evolution of the wide ambient soundspace that experimental New Wave opened up. The sometimes cold and austere 'machine' sound of early electronic music belied its often tender, choral and emotionally moving reproductions of known sounds and its synthesis of, as then, unheard of futuristic and experimental sounds. This genre, that became a fresh canvas for bands that did not wish to be tied to one particular pigeon-holed style, became the production and composition framework of music henceforth up to modern times - a truly groundbreaking genre in music history: electronic music.
A  Minimalist colour palette and design allows this three-set to fit into any room in the house: perfect on a minimalist white walled living room, for example, or a busier games room, bedroom or hall way.

Digitally crafted with a nod to obscure music festivals from the north European scene, such as in Scandinavia, the posters each contain a location and musical theme for that year, giving a unique north European slant to the 70s retro vibe (if you choose 'YES' TEXT option; 'NO' TEXT option will contain no text or logo, just the retro art).

A cool addition to any room and a focal talking point for guests. A great decor idea for a new house move or apartment or gift for a family or friend... a student moving to university, for example.
