The item is preowned and in used condition. Shows normal signs of use. There are a few creases, and the front few pages and back two pages show some water stains.

This was purchased from a storage unit and has a  slight musty/smoke smell to it. I believe that with some baking soda or other page cleaning solutions, the smell would come out.
