Sterilized Titanium VCH CLICKER 14g Barbell w Heavy Ball. The Horseshoe is 8 mm. The metal is ASTM implant grade titanium. 

14 gauge and it only comes in  10 mm is the normal heal piercing length. The barbell and the horseshoe is Titanium and the top ball of the barbell is surgical steel, The barbell is externally threaded and the horseshoe balls are internally threaded. You can only the bottom ball unscrew and insert it from the top of the piercing.
