Item description   
Bayonet VM Mount
VM mount compatible with Leica M mount is used for the lens mount.

Compact & High Performance
The aspherical lens provides excellent optical performance from the maximum aperture. The overall length of the product is 23.5mm (from the mount surface), which minimizes vignetting of the shooting frame when using the rangefinder and allows for easy handling.

Two types of exteriors to choose from
There are two types of exteriors: silver and black. Both are made of aluminum for the exterior and weigh only 106g.

Dedicated hood included
The lens comes with a dedicated screw-in hood in silver or black finish that is consistent with the lens body and a cover-type front cap.

Manual Focusing for Reliable Focusing
The helicoid unit is made of all-metal, machined and adjusted to a high degree of precision, and the use of high-quality grease that produces just the right amount of torque ensures smooth focusing operation. This enables subtle focusing adjustment.

Rangefinder Linkage System
The high-precision rangefinder-linked mechanism allows for severe focusing near the maximum aperture. The minimum focusing distance for the rangefinder-linked system is 0.7m.

Minimum shooting distance is 0.5m
Focusing is possible up to 0.5 m beyond the rangefinder-linked minimum shooting distance of 0.7 m. The Live View function of the rangefinder-linked digital camera can be used to get closer to the subject.

Full-size image circle
The camera has a generous image circle that is compatible with the full-size 35 mm format. It also offers an extremely compact style compared to interchangeable lenses for SLR cameras.
