Jamaica 1917 KGV WAR STAMP ½d. green Wmk Mult Crown CA Perf 14 overprinted type 21.

The stamps are misaligned and the sheet was misplaced before printing, perforation and overprinting.

And the perforation between the stamps was folded before hinging.

There are weak perfs due to the paper's Wmk weaknesses and Wmk bends otherwises no thins nor tears.
