This is an 11 inch diameter plate manufactured by Tabletops Lifestyles and sold through The Hudson's Bay Company. It is a hand painted "Christmas In Canada" theme featuring snowmen and penguins. The snowflake dots are raised paint. The glossy glaze has some scuffing and wear from previous use and there is a small chip on the rim - see the last to pictures. The small rim chip is hard to notice because it blends in with the snowflake dots.
