Headband Adjustment Wheel

When adjusting the headband, please pull out of the headband adjusting wheel, rotate to the left, loosen the headband, and then lock the headband adjusting wheel.

Adjust the color temperature of cold and warm light.

1. Push the cold and warm light control switch to the left for the working mode (4 cold light LED on).

2. Push to the middle to read before sleep (4 warm light LED on).

3. Push to the right for the general reading mode (4 cold light LED and 4 warm light LED both on).

Adjust the brightness of LED light.

1. Press the LED high and low brightness switch for the first time to turn on the soft light.

2. Press the LED high and low brightness switch for the second time to turn on the high brightness light.

3. Press the LED high and low brightness switch again to turn off the LED light source.
