WHAT IS MERINO WOOL?

Merino wool is a highly prized, very fine wool which is extremely soft to the touch.

It is naturally moisture wicking and antibacterial, meaning you can wear your slippers in all temperatures and keep your feet fresh and dry. Due to its structure, it creates a thin layer of air between the skin and the material, creating insulation which keeps you warm in cold weather and cool in warm weather.

HOW TO CARE FOR MERINO WOOL PRODUCTS

To refresh your felt slippers or other merino wool felt products, leave them in fresh air, by an open window or door. Avoid direct sunlight.

To wash your felt slippers or other merino wool felt products, we recommend hand wash only, in water no warmer than 86 degrees Fahrenheit / 30 degrees centigrade. To offer them some protection, you can wash them in the textile presentation bag in which they are delivered.

Felt products can lose their shape if you ring them out too firmly, so after washing, leave them to drain completely, gently blot with a towel, reshape while damp, and lay them out onto a surface to dry completely.

IMPORTANT

Do not dry clean.

Do not bleach.

Do not leave in direct sunlight, even to dry.

In 2022, our project "One village - one product" began in the village of Kuryk in Kazakhstan, on the shore of the Caspian Sea. The project employs village women, processing sheep and camel wool and making handicrafts. We believe that this handicraft made by Kazakh women with love and warmth will bring you joy!

Returns

30 DAY RETURNS PAID BY BUYER. All shipping charges to be paid by buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.

Subject to the following conditions, we will issue refunds on products returned in their original packaging and undamaged if received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please return the product in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund.

To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by contacting us via eBay Messages. You will be notified by email to your registered email address on eBay and to eBay Messages within 48 hours with your RA#.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within 6 business days upon verified and tracked receipt of your return package; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
