HOW TO USE

STEP 1: USE THE POINT OF THE APPLICATOR TO CAREFULLY OUTLINE YOUR CUPIDS BOW.

Step 2: Starting from the centre of your lips, apply rouge signature plump starting from the centre of your lips and blend outwards

Step 3: To maximise your plumping effect, add an extra dab of rouge signature gloss on the centre of lips. 

Top tip: For a smoother finish, exfoliate your lips before applying.
