As sellers, we are the only reference for managing the 6-month warranty and assistance of the purchased product.

3.  Feedback

ATTENTION:

Before releasing a neutral or negative feedback contact us to communicate the problem encountered, we will do everything to resolve it and satisfy your requests.

With the new Ebay regulation, the buyer who leaves the feedback  he has a huge responsibility. In fact the feedback and the five stars for evaluations will influence the visibility of our products on sale and the maintenance of Power Seller status. This means that each of you, by leaving a negative or neutral comment, can affect our hard-earned reputation.

If the package delivered to you is damaged or dented or has parts covered by adhesive tape or any other indication that could suggest tampering, accept it by writing to the courier “I accept with reservation” because if it turns out to be tampered with there could be problems with the insurance reimbursement.
