Q1: Are additional tools required for assembly？

A: No, assembly instruction and tools included in the package.


Q2: Why are the poles that connect the base and back rest stuck sometimes?

A: [Cause type 1] too thick spraying when painting during production, which cannot be avoided 100%, but the proportion is relatively small. [Cause type 2] the wrong inserting angle during assembly the poles.


Q3: Why is the inner sleeve of the connecting tubes stuck or even paint off when assembled?

A: Please read assembly instruction carefully before installation. Keep the correct inserting angle and especially when assemble the back rest make sure both the left and right poles inserted simultaneously.


Q4: Does the occurrence of above Q3 affect the use?

A: Slight peeling of paint of the inner sleeve will not affect the product use neither the appearance of the product after assembly.
