I don't think this Photo is an original but rather a Professionally produced reproduction, I think the original photo was used in a magazine in the United States to promote the Spider-man TV Movies with Nicholas Hammond. 

The Photo shows the cast of Peter Parker/Spider-man, J. Jonah Jameson, Betty Brant and Gloria Grant.

A Real Collectors Item for Spider-man and Marvel Universe enthusiasts.
