How we got our start?

Our brand Wulibike was founded in Vicenza, Italy in 2016. The founder is a fabric list and a senior cyclist. After a year of testing in the laboratory, we found the most suitable fabrics for cycling and designing high-performance cycling jerseys made by cooperative factories in Asia.

1, WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Order usually will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment is clear. Some take longer if the warehouse delay or meeting weekend. Once your cycling gear's order has shipped a tracking number will be update on your order record. 

2, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Wulibike bike clothings shiped from local warehouse, it usually takes 3-9 working days from order despatch as a guideline. 
Wulibike cycling jerseys shiped from outside local warehouse, it usually takes 10-25 working days from order despatch as a guideline. 

Please note that the estimated delivery time is depending on destination countries,and may subject to customs clearance process, and weather condition in you, please email us if you don't receive your bike gears after estimated delivery time. We will track your shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

We are unable to assist in cases where an order is entered with an incorrect address however we will refund any incorrectly addressed orders that are returned to us by the carrier.
