Antique Schutz A. G. Cassel German brass microscope, circa 1920. Brass eyepiece and tube with a single objective lens. Fixed stag with a stage clip and swiveling mirror, resting on a pronged base. Marked "41024 D.R.G.M." (Deutsches Reich Gebrauchsmuster) (German Reich Registered Design). Very well designed and high quality, similar to Zeiss and Leitz microscopes of the period, and is quite heavy for its size. Overall condition is fair/good with one missing stage clip. Would make a great gift for a doctor/scientist.
