Anne Rice (born October 4, 1941) is an American author of gothic fiction, Christian literature, and erotic literature. She is perhaps best known for her series of novels, The Vampire Chronicles, revolving around the central character of Lestat. Books from The Vampire Chronicles were the subject of two film adaptations, Interview with the Vampire in 1994, and Queen of the Damned in 2002. Rice has also authored erotic fiction under the pen names Anne Rampling and A. N. Roquelaure, including this book, Exit to Eden, which was later adapted into a 1994 film.
1) BELINDA by ANNE RAMPLING [ANNE RICE].
New York: Arbor House, Date: 1986. U.S. First Edition, First Printing with the full number line as required.
A comtemporary 'Lolita', Belinda is the sensual story of a postmodern nymphet and her provocative relationship with her considerably older lover. Here is an uncommon romance as only Anne Rampling could write it, a tale that races from the stylish world of San Francisco to the luxurious mansion of Beverly Hills to the sun-drenched beaches of a Greek Isle paradise. An erotic, tension-ridden novel. No ownership markings. A bright, price-intact illustrated dust jacket. A photo of Anne Rice on back panel.
There is a faint mark to the top of the page edges that could be a remainder mark, but looks more like a scratch/indent. Maybe the pen was out of ink? They're to note for the picky collector.
