We accept returns of new and unused merchandise if a return is requested within 30 days of shipment receipt. If the return is for a part that was used or damaged after it was received, or because of an error on the part of the customer, a restocking fee of 15-30% may apply. If the item(s) in question are being returned for a reason that is not our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as initial shipping costs on the order.

We will not process any lost, stolen or missing claims without a signed legal affidavit proving the item(s) were in fact lost, stolen or missing. If your item is found within the claim period, you will not be awarded the claim as your items have arrived. Any falsification of documentation can lead to further legal action.
