This ERTL diecast bank is a limited edition GMC Panel Van in blue color, part of the Eastwood Automobilia Series II. It comes in the original box with original plastic sealing. Some dust/patina on the outside of plastic. Only unboxed to photograph but left everything else as it is. Model car is in the original plastic and looks to have retained its new finish underneath.
