Description: Rare, due to a language barrier these 22 Malayan seamen mutinied against their captain on the board the Dutch vessel Twenthe in 1856. Ref: FMP 7278
Artists and Engravers: Made by an anonymous engraver after 'Moses Leonardus Verveer'. Moses Leonardus Verveer (1817-1904) was active as a painter and later mostly as photographer.
