We are eager to get you your item right away, so all orders are shipped out within 1 business day. Tracking information will be emailed following shipping.

For FedEx Shipments, we can only ship to your physical address and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Although we don't not accepts returns, if for some reason this item is found to be defective or dead on arrival within 5 days of receiving the unit, please send us a message us directly, so we can manage an exchange for you. We do not offer refunds. Requests for exchanges after this 5 day window will not be granted, no exceptions.
