Nothing is wrong with this dog toy.  It is quite nice really.  The screw on the back allows to tighten or loosen as necessary for access to treats.  This toy was originally recommended by our Dog Trainer.  Dishwasher safe.  Thank you for your consideration.(e1.4.99)
