SHIPPING USING TRANSHIPPER SERVICE ONLY


By the LAW all live animals entering any country MUST come through a Licensed Import Agent ( Transhipper ). So fish will ship and arrive to AIRPORT ( Not direct to customer adress ). and its MUST be CLEARED by custom and INSPECTED by the Dept of fish & Wildlife.

*** Transhipper will handle all of the process so fish can enter to buyer country legally ***

 So there will be any EXTRA SHIPPING FEE ( Domestic Delivery and import fee ) and need pay direct to Transhipper in customer country to forward the fish to customer adress.


EXTRA SHIPPING FEE

We do not do combined shipping for the export process from Indonesia to the customer's airport because the shipping rate is per bag of fish and the weight of each fish. However, after the fish reaches the transshipper, they can do combined shipping for domestic shipping to the customer's address.

# US COUNTRY CUSTOMERS
- If the customer lives close to the transshipper and it is possible to pick it up themselves, the customer can choose the transshipper address themselves by paying the import fee only. but if it is necessary to send fish to the customer's address, the transshipper will charge a shipping fee.

( USPS PRIORITY MAIL 2-4 Days Delivery )

This shipping rate depend on transhipper that customer use and domestic shipping service that will use. For using UPS / Fedex Overnight or 2 days delivery the charge will be different and its need check direct to transhipper. We can help customer for check with the transhipper.


# OTHER COUNTRY CUSTOMER
- If customer in other countries please message us first, we can help give reccomend transhipper and their transhipping fee.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- Shipping schedule is depend on transhipper schedule, transhipper is the one who decide the date. Normally its 1-3 times in a month / every 2 weeks. Please message us for know the fixed date schedule. 

- When the schedule come, we will send the fish to INDONESIA TRANSHIPPER and they will send the fish to customer selected transhipper.

- We will update customer with the fish bag picture when fish start leaving our farm, so customers can prepare to contact their transhipper and pay transhipper domestic shipping fee before fish arrival, after that transhipper will send the fish to customer adress.

FISH PICTURE AND CONDITION
~ All pictures is taken one by one by us and the exact fish that customer will be recieve for sure. 

** THE LIGHTING WE USE HERE MIGHT BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR AQUARIUM SO COLOR MIGHT BE LIGHTER OR DARKER DEPEND ON LIGHTING YOU USED **

~ Fish might likely arrive lacking / pale color due to stress from shipping, colors will be back to original when the fish settle down.

Live fish arrival guarantee ( covers cost of the fish only & shipping cost non-refundable )
The following instructions must be followed or guarantee is voided.

 

If the fish come in dead on arrival, please send photo of unopened bag that showing the dead fish condition within 2 hour of delivery. If bag is opened guarantee is voided. We can send replacement fish to transhipper next shipment, and customer need to pay transhiper cost again for domestic shipping or we can just refund the fish cost only.

 

Once the betta is out of bag, any further care is completely out of seller hands. Water conditions, temperature, proper adjusting in the new environment, etc. - and none of this can be covered under the guarantee.
