Antique 19^th Century c1880’s French Silver Plated & Faux Turtle Shell Desk Clock.

This is an antique 19^th century c1880’s French mantel / desk clock. This is in full working order. It has a beautiful triangular silver plated aluminium body with faux turtle shell to the front. There is damage to the turtle shell around the seven o'clock position. The face is circular in shape with a white coloured chapter ring, black coloured numerals and black coloured hands. The face is protected by a flat glass window with a aluminium bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches, chips or cracks. To the rear of the clock there is access to the integral winding key and time adjustment knob as well as the speed adjustment lever.
