We begin processing your order as
soon as it is placed, once your order progresses it may be too late to cancel.
However, once you’ve received your order, you can return your purchase within
14 days, provided your return is in accordance with our returns policy.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once you submit your order we get
to work straight away getting it ready for you, unfortunately this means we are
unable to amend the delivery address once your order is submitted with us. We only
ship to address indicated in the PayPal record.
What will happen if I miss the delivery?
If our couriers can find your
address but you aren’t there, don’t stress, you will receive a post office card with
all the information you’ll need to go down to your local post office to pick up your
order at a time that suits you.
Your order will remain waiting for you at your local post office for 10 days before
being sent back to our warehouse. If your order is not collected within that time,
re-delivery charges will apply.

do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you order incorrectly. However,

accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which
