There will be 2 shipping charges : 

1) First, from INDONESIA to USA = (Include in this item's shipping cost)

2) Second, from Transhipper in your country to your home about (Exclude in this item's shipping cost)

 

Exporting live fish from INDONESIA are :
- buyer pay for fish
- seller sent to INDONESIAN transhipper
- INDONESIAN transhipper ship to your country/zone transhipper
- your transhipper sent invoice to you
- you pay for import fees or anything that transhipper will explain to you .
- Your transhiper delivery to your address.

You have to pay DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST and HANDLES FEE to Transhipper 
(Cost from transhipper to your address). Please check list of transhipper below  

SHIPPING COST THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO SELLER IS DIFFERENT COST FOR TRANSHIPPER.

 

You must provide us for your email / facebook to put tag label on FISH BAG. And contact the transhipper to arrange the day that will send the betta fish to your home.

Transhipper does not work on Ebay system, they will send invoice on Import tax, Shipping fee, re-handling charge etc. to your email only.

 

DOA policy (Death on Arrival)

> All fish are packed in 2 layer bags, so the fish will be safe 

> If the fish is dead on arrival : You must take a video of opening the package without any delay or obvious manipulation, and return it to us via eBay message within 2 hours of receiving your fish (We can check with transshippers who ship fish via USPS at the time fish arrives at your home address)

We do not accept betta fish returns

If the betta fish arrives according to the DOA rules, we will be responsible for sending the fish.

Based on the Laws of each country, all livestock must be sent to a licensed import agent known as a {Transshipper} who manages all the legalities of custom permits, fish inspections & wildlife protection with all possible deaths on their land.

 

Combining shipping costs with lots of Betta fish that you buy in bulk 1 box [containing 30 to 60 fish] will be much cheaper but you will have to inform the transshipper about how many fish you have on the way to him.
