This is our Hinge Clamp Set with Lever Bolts in titanium, the weight saving over the standard set is 20 grams.

The clamp plates is prevented from rotating when turning the lever bolt, by making the terminal on one side of the clamp plate a few millimeters longer.

A spring is used to push the clamp plate out. In order to stop the lever bolt at the right position, it is secured in the flange with at locknut.
