[Cool beauty that colored West Coast jazz, its debut work]
Jane Fielding, a cool beauty on the west coast who is said to have left the music scene with two albums left. Her first album is finally coming out on LPTIME. It was once made into a CD, but the reprint from the'treasure of beauty jackets' LPTIME is suitable for Jane. The original analog record is a rare item that is traded in units of hundreds of thousands of yen, but the content is also excellent. With only two masters, Lou Levy's piano and Red Mitchell's bass, in the background (drums do not participate), the ballads are the main focus. Jane was 21 at the time. She sings each song as carefully as she bites the lyrics. (From jazzyell)
