Rare matched Pair of English, George III, sterling silver sugar and cream baskets, by Solomon Hougham, London, 1793; the boat form basin decorated on an oval pedestal base and mounted with an arc swing handle, one approximately 3.5” tall, and the other approximately 4.5” tall. The pair weigh a total of 404 grams /12.99 troy oz.

This lot includes a set of English, George III, sterling silver sugar tongs. Hallmarked with the Lion Passat for London and date mark for 1797. Script initials “B H” are engraved.
