You will be able to see your expected delivery date and the dispatch times before/when you purchase. They may get to you before that but please allow that as a latest date for delivery. I will post on time but I cannot be held responsible for delays in the Royal Mail system. You can see current service status of the Royal Mail by looking at their "Service Update" page. They are still experiencing delays due to the current situation with staff self isolating etc. and even Special Delivery is not guaranteed next day as it used to be.

Premium quality fabric keeps it cool to your skin. 

These are face coverings and are not surgical masks. Please wash 40 degree C or cool iron before first use. 

To be used in conjunction with social distancing.

Backing colours may vary but will always suit the front. Elastic will be either black or white.

All masks are fully made up, the pictures of the fabric are to illustrate what is used for the mask and is the actual size cut out to give representation of the pattern size and repeat.

Returns NOT accepted for obvious reasons

One size fits most (not all) . Please see picture showing mask against tape measure for guidance before you order. I cannot accept returns for obvious reasons during the current situation.

If you would like them posted to a different address, please put it in at the paypal payment delivery address details. Masks will only be shipped to the address specified in the paypal payment, not to any specified in messages.

If you order the wrong item, please message me to cancel the order and you can re-order correctly. Only what is ordered will be shipped out, not any amendment requests sent in messages.

Please note that the Royal Mail have been experiencing very heavy workloads and reduced staff working at a greater social distance recently and there have been some delays in delivery so please give packages a little extra time to arrive. The expected delivery date is only estimated not guaranteed unfortunately.
