How to use
Take an appropriate amount in your hand.
The appropriate amount is about the size of a grain of rice (one eye). When massaging, spread about 2 rice grains evenly around one eye, and then massage.
Gently blend it in.
Take an appropriate amount with a spatula and gently blend it around the eye area with fingertips.
Massage step1: Around the eye area in a circular motion
Using your fingertips, draw 3 circular strokes from the upper eyelid to the lower eyelid.
Massage step2: Massage the area under the eyes, which tends to be loose.
Using your middle and ring fingers, lightly stroke your lower eyelid from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner of the eye, and back again 3 times.
Massage step3: Press lightly around the eyes.
With the belly of the middle finger, press lightly in the direction of the arrow from the inner corner of each eye lid to the edge of the bone around the eye. Finally, press the temples.
