Negroni Cotechino is 100% Italian minced pork meat sausage, seasoned with salt, spices, and herbs, and slow-cooked for several hours giving a very tender, aromatic and rich savoury flavour.
Traditionally served with lentils on New Years Eve as a symbol of good luck and prosperity for the coming year.
Negroni Cotechino is packed in a aluminium bag which has already been slow cooked for you, so preparing it is easy: Just boil in the bag in hot water for about 20 min, then drain the juices, slice and serve.
Ingredients: Pork meat (IT), pork rind, pork fat, salt, spices and herbs, natural flavourings, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite). Not edible casing.
