If you have any questions or need more pictures please get in touch. Please be aware that with all our sales any parts shown in the photographs are included in the sale. If you cannot see something please do not expect it to be included but feel free to ask us prior to bidding or buying. 

Payment - Please make payments within 48 hours of listing finishing. Cash or card on collection is perfectly acceptable. 

Postage - If you require delivery to a very remote area our courier may occasionally demand a surcharge which we have no option but to pass on to the winning bidder. Refusal to pay this surcharge will void the sale. 

Dispatch Times - We will aim to dispatch items within 2 working days but this is not guaranteed given current limitations. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch swiftly we will notify you immediately. 

About Us - We make thousands of visits to patients every year in their own homes through our Hospice at Home Team, Palliative Care Specialist Nurse Team, Lymphoedema Team, and Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Teams and Supportive Care teams. 

All our services are provided free of charge to patients and their families. We are mostly funded through donations, gifts in Wills, and income raised by our 15 shops and three coffee shops.
