RETURNS : 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for either a refund or an exchange

When returning please ensure you keep all receipts confirming postage until you receive a refund confirmation from eBay

When returning please include your name, eBay User ID, address and order number , stating on the invoice or a note the reason for the return

 

Item must be returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Item must be returned in a sale-able condition ie as delivered to you (undamaged and unused) . If the item is returned in a non-resalable condition , we will contact you and a 33% disposal charge will be made and this will be calculated from the cost of the product

 

We cannot accept returns of any items that show signs of wear and tear, are damaged or original tags/labels have been removed
