In case of item not remaining in the same condition or part of the shipment is missing i.e dustproof bag missing, or tags have been torn off, customers are only subjected to a partial refund.
A 25% percent restocking fee may apply to some return cases.
The refund will only be issued after the item has been returned and investigated.
